Returns & Exchanges

At Allegra Allure, every piece is crafted with intention — and we want you to feel the same joy wearing it as we do creating it. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer a simple returns process.

Full-Price Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, credit note, or exchange (earrings excluded, unless deemed faulty).

  • Pieces must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • A flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 AUD applies. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label ready to print — simply attach and post.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

  • Includes any items purchased during a sale, or with a promotional discount code (excluding our first-purchase welcome offer), as well as discounts automatically applied at checkout.

  • Eligible for exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order (earrings excluded, unless deemed faulty).

  • Items must be returned in original, pristine condition.

Earrings

  • Due to our hygiene standards, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Faults & Repairs

  • In the rare instance of a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@allegra-allure.com. Your piece will be carefully assessed upon return.

  • General wear — such as scratches, plating fade, or chipped pearls — is not considered a fault, but our re-plating and repair service is available to restore your jewellery.

Credit Notes

  • Issued as an online gift card, valid for 12 months.

  • May be redeemed in full or across multiple purchases.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. To ensure your jewellery arrives safely, kindly return it in its original packaging or a secure hard box with protective padding, and always use a trackable postal service.
