RETURN POLICY

THE BASICS

You can return full price items for a refund, exchange or credit note, except for earrings (unless faulty), within 14 days.

You can exchange sale items, except for earrings (unless faulty), within 14 days.

THE DETAILS
FULL PRICE ITEMS

It's important to us that you adore your new treasures, so if you receive your piece/s and are not 100% in love, we will happily offer you a refund, credit note or exchange, if they were purchased at full price, within 14 days of the delivery date of your package (with the exception of earrings*)**. All items must be returned in their original pristine condition, unworn, with all original packaging included. We do require you to cover the cost of return postage, except in cases of faulty items.

SALE ITEMS

If you purchased your pieces on sale or with a promotion code, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days of your delivery (with the exception of earrings*), unless your jewellery is deemed faulty by us. The piece/s have to be returned in original condition of course.**

*Please note that we strictly do not accept returns, offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings for hygiene reasons, except where deemed faulty.

** All refunds, exchanges and credit notes are issued only after we have inspected your jewellery. Items that have been worn or deliberately damaged will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care when creating your pieces and pride ourselves on our quality, however if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via hello@allegra-allure.com. In order to determine whether your items are faulty, we will need to first receive and assess them.

Things we do not consider to be manufacturing faults:

Damage due to wear and tear ie scratches and dents
Bent, misshaped or snapped pieces due to wear and tear or mistreatment
Tarnished or faded plating
Chipped pearls

CREDIT NOTES

If you choose to receive a credit note for your full price return, we issue them in the form of an online gift card. Our gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months and can be redeemed online in full or in part within 12 months of their issue date.

 RETURN PROCEDURE

If you'd like to make a return or an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package via hello@allegra-allure.com to obtain your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and we will send you instructions on how to post your pieces back. We are here to help and make the process as easy and convenient as possible, but we do require you to cover the postage cost of your return, unless your pieces are deemed as faulty.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for items damaged during delivery and postage due to incorrect packaging. Please ensure that you package your return pieces with great care ie in original packaging, or a small hard container or box and with some padding, and use a trackable service.
