THE BASICS

Complimentary standard delivery on all orders within Australia.

$15 AUD express delivery on all orders within Australia.

$20 AUD flat rate delivery on all international orders.

Complimentary international delivery on all orders over $300 AUD.

THE DETAILS

We want the delivery of your beautiful new pieces to go as quickly and smoothly as possible. To help us do this, please make sure to provide us with the correct delivery address, where someone can sign for your package or where your Post Office Collection Card will be left in a safe and secure place. We are not responsible for stolen collection cards or return packages due to an incorrectly entered address. If you've entered incorrect details and your package does come back to us, we will have to charge you for re-delivery.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We deliver your orders to you via the Australia Post service with a 'signature on delivery' option for free. For quicker Express postage we charge a flat fee of $15 AUD. Please allow around 5 business days for your standard delivery, and a little longer for non metro regions. Be assured that we get your orders out to you in the most timely manner, but please understand that we can't be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the postal service provider. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $20 AUD* for all international orders. International delivery can take around 10 business days - please be patient, it'll be worth the wait. If you'd like to arrange express international delivery, please contact us. We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over $300 AUD.

*Our product and delivery prices do not include and we are not liable for any overseas taxes, duties or charges that are associated with our package entering your country. Please make yourself aware of these, if they exist, before you make your purchase.

 

Please note - we cannot be held responsible for lost, missing or wrongly delivered packages if they have been signed for and marked as 'delivered'. We also cannot re-direct your delivery once it's been dispatched.
