To ensure the longevity of your Allegra Allure pieces some TLC is required when wearing, cleaning and storing them.
When not worn, store your pieces in their individual boxes away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals as they may scratch your pieces and damage the plating. We do not recommend using polishing cloths or tissues to clean your jewellery.
Always remove your rings when you sanitise or wash your hands.

Gold Vermeil - solid sterling silver base with a thick layer (2.5 microns) of 18k yellow gold plating that is more than 4 x thicker than standard plating.
Rhodium Vermeil - solid sterling silver base with a thick layer of rhodium plating that is more than 4 x thicker than standard plating. Rhodium is a precious metal that is more valuable than gold. It has a slightly darker and shinier finish in comparison to sterling silver.
Sterling Silver - all our sterling silver pieces have a special coating that helps to keep the surface shiny and clean.
Gold Plated Brass - some of our larger pieces are made from brass as the base metal and plated with a thick layer of 18k yellow gold, that is more than 4 x thicker than standard plating.
Freshwater Pearls - our pearls are hand picked to ensure the least amount of differentiation between each piece, however as they are an organic material, slight colour and shape variation can occur. This is not a fault but simply the beauty of pearls.
